Minty Fresh NOTW ♡

Hi lovelies!
Minty green color is really in this spring and it's a color I've seen everyone wearing. So this week choose some minty green polish to use for my nail art. :)

This Polish is from the Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Collection in Mint Sorbet. The color in day light almost has a turquoise kind of color in it, which I find really unique. I decided to add some little designs to each nail to make my nail art cute and spring like. After these pics were taken, I did add some nail gems to the white "exploding" type thing. :)

Are you loving this mint green color this season??

Natural Spring Makeup, Featuring My Sister!

Hello Loves!
Today I have a natural everyday spring makeup look! This is one that I actually did on my sister, Julia, the other day! Doing my sister's makeup was actually fun and easy! Maybe I'll start doing it on more people more often! :)

To create this look, I used my E.L.F 100 Shadow Palette, and I used very neutral brown and pinkish colors. The dark brown that I used on her outer "V" I brought down onto her lower lashline. I skipped eyeliner on the bottom on her eyes, and just used it on her top lid winging it out a little. To finish the look, a generous amount of mascara.

And there you go! A simple and natural look perfect for spring! This would be a perfect look to wear out during the day, or to wear to school/ work since it has light colors that are natural and don't give a harsh look to your eyes.

Is natural makeup something you wear alot?

Good Luck ,

Pretty in Purple: Spring Makeup Look

Hello Beauties!
Today I have another spring makeup look for you, that is again from my E.L.F. 100 Eyeshadow Palette. This is more of a spring/summer evening look, since there are some darker colors in it. I would wear this for a night where I am going out with my friends, or to any evening party.

I find that purple is one of my go-to colors. It's one of those colors that I am comfortable wearing, and tend to wear it all the time.
To finish this look, I used Maybelline's XXL Mascara, Annabelle Pencil Eyeliner, and NYC Liquid Eyeliner. :)

Is purple one color that you will be wearing this spring?

Color Me Coral NOTW

Hi Loves!
Today I have another spring nail art post! This color is a really nice bring color that just makes reminds me so much of warm weather! This is another Sally Hansen Polish from their Hard as Nails Xtreme Wear Collection. It's in the color Coral Reef.
This is a fun coral color with a creamy looking finish. I decided to add some small dots to my nails to create a spring-like effect to the nails :)
The color does appear sort of orange-y in these pictures, but it is def a coral color!

I absolutely love this color and I know I will be wearing it lots this spring/summer! It's such a nice and fun color!

What is your favorite spring color polish this season??

http://www.thebeautycorner.co.uk/

Anyway, today's wishlist is Spring/ Summer shoes.
You'll notice there are a lot of heels in here. Most of the time in spring or summer I dont wear heels since I spend my time out and about outside so heels just aren't that appropriate, but I love to wear heels (mainly because I'm a shorty :P) so I have posted alot here!

So let's get to it! :)
Aldo - Calcagni
$120
Aldo - Calcagni

Aldo - Sawicki
$80
This is such a cute heel. I love how you can see through the sides of the heel, and the buckle on the top of the heels give it such a unique look!

Call it Spring - Bratchett
$60
How cute right!? I think these are the perfect shoe for a garden party type thing or any spring lunch! I love how the flower on the heel gives it such a girlie and dressy look. Def one of my faves!

Floral patterns are perfect for spring, and these definately say spring all over them! I am really loving the wedges, as you can tell haha. I just think this is a super cute spring shoe!

Call it Spring- Geise
$50
Pastel colors are in this season, and this color really stood out to me. I love it and think that it is a really refreshing and nice color!

Now to the flats and sandles!

Call it Spring - Cascioli
$45
These sandles are just screaming summer all over them! I love how they have so many colors, and they all go well together! These are super lightweight, meaning they would be perfect for the hot summer days and nights :)

Call it Spring - Findling
$40
These look almost the same as the ones above, however I love the braided details and the little studded things! I also love how there is only one band of color, it gives a nice pop of color to the shoe!

Lovely Lilac Nails

Hi Loves!
TGIF! How is everyone's weekend going so far!? Where I live it was just the most beautiful and warm day, and just a good day all in all!

I did my nails earlier this week, and I am now finally getting a post for them! I was inspired by a picture that I saw with nails pretty much the same as these, and I tried to recreate the look as best as I could!

I used Sally Hansen's Xtreme Wear nail polish in Lovely Lilac for most of the nails. I really am loving this color and it is also a perfect color for spring!

What do you think? Are you loving this color for spring??

p.s. Be lovely and give me a follow on twitter :) hehe @simplychicxox

Spring Wishlist #1 - Dresses & Skirts

Ciao, Bella!
For those who don't know what that means, it means hello beautiful in Italian! In just over 20 days me and my sister are taking a trip with our school to France and Italy for 10 days at Easter! I am getting so exicted for this trip, and I have to get working on learning some French and Italian words! Funny thing is that I am half Italian, but I hardly know any Italian words...haha.

Anyways, yesterday Chloe posted a spring and summer wishlist on her blog (click here to see it!) and it got me inspired to make a spring wishlist too! This will be the first of many wishlists I post since I am in need of some pastel and bright spring colors!

So lets get to it!

Bodycon Floral Lace Mesh Dress
$16.99 - Urban Planet

I wanted to start out with this super cute floral dress. Spring, I think, is the perfect time to wear any type of flower prints which is why this dress stood out so much to me. The would pair this with any pink-y color flats or heels to bring out the pink from the dress.

Lace Tutu Dress
$16.99 - Urban Planet
As I was looking at dresses, I first just scrolled by this dress, not really interested in it, but as I passed it again there was something that stuck out about this dress that I really like. Maybe that it is so different but also really girly and sweet looking. I don't know, but I like it haha. With this dress you could really pair it with color and it would look great!

One Shoulder Ponte Dress
$14.50 - Forever 21
This is such a simple dress, but it is super cute! I love how it is one shoulder, because it gives a  different style to this dress. I also really love the color! I would pair this dress with some nude or white heels or flats.

Sstriped Boat Neck Dress
(Sale) $11.90 - Forever 21
I am in love with this dress so much! I really think it is because of the colors. They just say spring/summer all over it. I love how in the picture, the model is wearing a blue purse. It would be a little out of my comfort zone, but I would definately pair this dress with some blue flats or heels that are like the color of that purse!

Multi Color Stripe Mini Skirt
$12.99 - Stitches
This is such a fun skirt! It has a bunch of fun summer colors which makes it super cute. For a top, this skirt would be able to be paired with any of the colors in it, or even a black or white top would be super cute too. As for shoes, you could pick any color from the shirt and wear heels / flats of that color.

Tribal Print Skirt
 $9.99 - Stitches
And last but not least, I am IN LOVE with tribal print pieces. So when I saw this skirt, I was like I want it! haha. And on top of that, it it super cheap too! I have so many tribal print tops in my closet, so a tribal print skirt is the next thing I would want! I actually like how it is shown on the model - with dark tights and a grey top. I would pair this with either orange or blue flast or heels to carry out the colors in the skirt!

And that is my first spring wish list!
What do you think? Which is your favourite?
