DIY Milk Face Mask!
Dry skin can be very irritating at times and often gets flaky all over. If you want to give your dry skin a soft and silky feel, here’s a great beauty tip straight from your kitchen! How about using a homemade milk mask to get rid of the problem of dry skin and get a supple, fresh and healthy look?

Ingredients required for milk face mask:

 • 1 tsp Powdered Milk

• 1 tsp Aloe Vera Gel

• 1 tbsp Runny Honey (not the hard stuff)

• 2 drops Essential Oil

How to prepare milk face mask:

Preparing this milk face pack for dry skin involves a very simple step. All you need to do is mix all the ingredients well and make a paste. Your natural beauty pack is ready.

How to apply milk face mask:

 • Wash face properly and dab it dry.

• Now use your fingers to spread the milk mask evenly all over your face leaving out the eyes and adjoining sensitive areas.

 • Leave the mask on for 15 minutes and then wash it off with warm water.

Treat your skin with homemade milk mask regularly and see for yourself, the difference within a few days. Such homemade beauty tips are effective for a glowing and healthy skin!

Note: Girls, do not use this beauty recipe if you are allergic to any ingredient! I woulnt want any of you girls to get a reaction.

Cold and flu season is here, but that doesn't mean you have to stock up on tissues and wait for symptoms to make you miserable! To keep fever, sneezing, runny nose, and other gnarly symptoms away, just do your daily 30-minute walk and chow down on these foods to give your immune system a hefty boost.

1. Use the power of healthful protein. One of protein's many jobs is pumping up your ability to make disease-busting antibodies. Just steer clear of fatty red meats and full-fat dairy foods (they promote heart-hazardous inflammation). Pick up healthy-fat, high-protein foods, such as nonfat dairy, skinless white-meat chicken, ground turkey breast, tofu, fish, nuts, and beans.

2. Load up on colorful eats. Oranges, strawberries, bell peppers, broccoli, tomatoes, kiwifruit . . . all are loaded with vitamin C and flavonoids, which help your body churn out protective immune cells. Take this quiz to see how much you know about preventing colds and flu.

3. Eat 100% whole-grain cereals. Oatmeal, shredded wheat, and other whole-grain cereals deliver three nutrients proved to enhance immunity: selenium, zinc, and beta glucan.
